Exercise Classes for Senior Citizens

Exercise classes for Senior Citizens are held each week at Southall Baptist Church.
The Wednesday class starts at 10am.
There are two classes on Friday, both starting at 10am. One of the Friday classes is very gentle and is suitable for anyone who is frail or has mobility problems.
All classes last for 45 mins.
